We are thrilled to invite you to a joint learning session between SHIFT Asia and ACT II marks a decade since the Grand Bargain. We will demonstrate how flexible funding models, such as the Humanitarian Action Fund (HAF) and community-based funds, dismantle systemic gatekeeping to transition from “shifting the burden” to a gender-transformative localization (R)evolution across Asia.
Hear from our speakers:
- Minal Singh (Oxfam Asia): Presenting on “The Landscape of Humanitarian Fund”.
- Ishwar Datt Upadhyay (NEEDS Nepal): Discussing “Community-Based Humanitarian
Flexible Funds”. - Sierly Anita Gafar (LBH APIK Medan Indonesia): Sharing “Lessons Learned from the Humanitarian Action Fund (HAF) on Sumatera Response”.
Note: Language interpreters for both Bengali and Bahasa Indonesia will be provided.
