Human Initiative is a global humanitarian organization that continues to provide more meaningful benefits with the support of multiple parties.

Founded in Indonesia on December 10, 1999, Human Initiative carries out the Theory of Change (TOC) strategy which focuses on the positive impact of program implementation on the community and makes the Humanitarian-Development Nexus the scope of the program.

This is derived in four main program pillars, namely Initiative for Empowerment, Initiative for Children, Initiative for Disaster Risk Management, and Initiative for Infrastructure where people are the mainstream of program interventions.
